Eu ando muito dedicada na cozinha. Por isso uma receita atrás da outra aqui no blog. Mas acho que isso agrada, né!? Tenho recebido e-mails carinhosíssimos de leitoras lindas dizendo que fizeram o maior sucesso com as receitinhas que aprenderam por aqui. Fico toda boba!
Hoje eu tava com vontade de comer macarrão, mas um macarrão diferente... com bastante queijo. Então, nada melhor do que um molho de queijo. Escolhi o macarrão de conchinha e lembrei de uma receita que vi na internet com esses ingredientes.
Fiz pra duas pessoas.
Cozinhei 250g de macarrão de conchinha normalmente em água salgada. Enquanto cozinhava, em outra panela coloquei uma colher de manteiga, um pouquinho de alho, sal e pimenta do reino, 1 colher de farinha de trigo e fritei um pouquinho essa farinha (princípio básico do molho branco). Depois fui mexendo e colocando leite aos poucos. Mais ou menos um copo de leite. Mexi até engrossar e depois coloquei uma colher bem generosa de requeijão e um montão (a gosto) de queijo prato - na receita original vai cheddar mas o marido não gosta. Quando derreter, tá pronto. Desliguei e misturei à massa.
Peguei alguns bifes e cortei em tirinhas pra fritar. Servi junto.
O meu ficou assim:
Para a sobremesa, tava programado mixiricas, porque a gente tem que manter a forma! Cof cof =) Mas aí o marido chegou com dois churros e eu não resisti.
Marido lavou a louça depois de sabotar a minha dieta! =)
